For partners

White-label drafting, delivered under your name.

When a project lands and your drafters are already booked, you have three options: turn it down, work weekends, or hire someone you'll be paying in six months when the pipeline is thin. White-label drafting is the fourth. Send us the conversion and redraw work, keep your team on the drawings that need their judgment, and deliver the finished files as your own.

What white-label means here

Files come back on your layer standard, your title block, your drawing numbering. Nothing in the geometry, the file properties or the metadata identifies us. Your client sees your work, because as far as the deliverable is concerned, it is your work. We don't contact your clients, we don't appear in your project record, and we don't reference your firm anywhere on this site or in any portfolio.

How firms use us

  • Conversion work: client-supplied PDFs, scans and legacy drawings rebuilt as clean DWG
  • Backlog clearance: archives and record sets nobody has time to work through
  • Peak overflow: a set that lands mid-project with no capacity behind it
  • Standing capacity: a predictable number of sheets a month without a payroll line

Working with your standards

Send us a template DWG, a CAD standards document, or a sample file drawn the way your office works, and we'll match it across every sheet: layer names, colours, linetypes, text and dimension styles, block naming, title block. Consistency across a set matters more than any single sheet. We work to AIA, BS 1192 and AS/NZS 1100 as standard, or to your own in-house convention.

Volume rates

Firm and partner rates are set against your expected monthly volume, your standards and your turnaround needs, so they're quoted directly rather than published. Book a fifteen-minute call and we'll put a rate card in front of you the same day. There's no retainer, no minimum commitment and no onboarding fee.

Confidentiality

NDAs are welcome and signed before files change hands. Your drawings are never shared, never reused, and deleted on request after delivery.

Who it's for

Architecture practices of one to ten people. Structural and MEP engineering firms. Building surveyors. Drafting firms subcontracting overflow. Permit expeditors and design-build contractors with in-house drafting that periodically runs hot.

FAQ

Common questions

Can we deliver your work to our clients under our own name?

Yes. That's the entire point of the service. Files come on your layer standard and title block, with no reference to us anywhere in the drawing or the file properties. Most of what we produce is delivered by someone else.

Do we need to commit to a minimum volume?

No. There's no retainer and no minimum. Rates are set against your expected volume, but nothing obliges you to hit it. Send a single sheet in a quiet month and nothing changes.

How do we know the quality before committing a project to you?

Send one drawing, ideally a difficult one, and we'll convert part of it free. No payment details, no commitment. Test us on the worst sheet in the set, not the easiest.
