What we work from
Redlined prints, scanned or photographed. Marked-up PDFs. Field sketches and survey notes. Base drawings in DWG or PDF. If the markups are legible and it's clear which sheet they belong to, we can build the record set.
What we don't do
We don't visit sites. Field measurement, laser scanning and measured building surveys need someone on the ground with instruments, and that isn't us. Someone captures the conditions; we turn what they captured into clean CAD. We also can't stamp or seal drawings. That requires a licensed engineer or architect registered in your state or province, who reviews and seals our output.

Do you come out and measure the building?
No. We work from files, so field capture is on your side: your team, your surveyor, or your scanning contractor. Send us what they recorded and we'll turn it into a clean CAD set.
What exactly do I need to send?
The base drawing, ideally as DWG but PDF is fine, plus the marked-up sheets as scans or clear photos. If markups span several revisions, tell us which is current. That's enough for us to start.
We're closing out and the deadline is tight. How fast can you move?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days. Express in 24–48 hours is available on sets up to six sheets. A full closeout set is usually larger than that, so book a call and we'll schedule it against your handover date rather than guess.
