What file formats can I send?
PDF (vector or scanned), JPG, PNG, TIFF, or a clear photo of a drawing. If it shows the drawing legibly, we can rebuild it. For multi-page sets, a single PDF is ideal.
Is the DWG actually editable, or just an image inside a drawing?
Fully editable. We rebuild real CAD geometry (lines, polylines, arcs, circles, text and dimensions) on proper layers. You can move, trim, re-dimension and rescale everything natively in AutoCAD.
Which AutoCAD version do I get?
By default we deliver DWG compatible with AutoCAD 2018 and newer, which opens in every current release. Need an older version, DXF, or a specific release? Just tell us and we will match it.
How accurate is the scale and dimensioning?
We draw to real-world units. When dimensions are present we match them exactly; when they are missing we calibrate against a known reference on the drawing and flag anything ambiguous before delivery.
How fast is turnaround?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days. Express delivery in 24–48 hours is available on sets up to 6 sheets. Select it in the estimator and you'll see the price update. Larger sets are scheduled with you up front, and a 100-sheet archive usually runs 5–10 working days.
How does pricing work?
Price is per sheet, set by sheet size and turnaround. A full-size sheet (A2 and larger) is $99 on standard turnaround; smaller sheets cost less. Sets of 10 or more get 10% off, 25 or more get 15% off, 50 or more get 20% off. The estimator above gives you the figure instantly, and we confirm it against your actual files before any work starts.
What can change the price after I send my files?
Four things, all published up front: unclear, faded or reduced originals add $40 per sheet; your own custom layer standard adds 15%; combining or edge-matching sheets adds $40 per sheet; incorporating redline markups adds $65 per sheet. We confirm any of these with you before starting. Nothing is added silently.
Can I test the quality before paying?
Yes. Send any single drawing and we'll convert a portion of it free of charge, with no payment details and no commitment. If the output convinces you, we'll finish the sheet and you only pay then.
Is my drawing kept confidential?
Yes. Files are used only to produce your conversion, are never shared, and can be deleted on request once you have approved delivery. NDAs are welcome.
What if the result is not right?
One round of revisions is included on every job. If something doesn't match the source, we fix it. Further rounds are quoted separately.
